CEO & Co-Founder

During his tenure leading a clinical research site, Barry became frustrated with the manual methods and inefficiencies of clinical trial management and the analysis and reporting of key performance metrics. He looked for a better solution, but couldn’t find one, so he teamed with two key managers to develop Devana Solutions.

Today, Barry is the CEO of Devana Solutions, guiding the growth and expansion of the leading and most innovative software platforms for the clinical trials industry. Barry is a successful entrepreneur who has started and successfully grown a number of businesses over his career, and has been actively involved in the healthcare space for well over a decade.

Linda Parks

Vice President, Operations

As Vice President of Operations, Linda employs her experience as an executive leader with strong business and human capital acumen to develop and implement strategic plans that propel growth, improve profitability, and generate employee loyalty and engagement. Linda brings multiple decades of experience in operations, workforce planning, corporate communications, customer support, information technology, and marketing. She partners with executives to address change management initiatives and successfully implement and adopt Devana Solutions’ innovative technology solutions.

Roxanne has invested several years honing her skills in software implementations and currently serves as Devana’s in-house guru advising clinical trials industry leaders on the strategic use of our Saas platforms to build enterprise value. Roxanne’s expertise spans multiple industries and she has a proven track record of analyzing business challenges and opportunities, and recommending solutions that enable organizations to achieve their strategic goals through technology.

Emily Wike

Director, Strategic Partnerships

As Director of Strategic Partnerships, Emily is responsible for presenting Devana’s innovative solutions and forging enduring partner-client relationships with clinical research sites, site networks, integrated research organizations, academic research institutions and all clinical trial stakeholders, including sponsors and CROs. Her background in business development, patient recruitment, and operations at the research site and network level benefits Devana Solutions’ current and future partner-clients. Emily is passionate about her role in the clinical research industry because she understands the positive impact that technology has on medical advancements. Emily brings the necessary experience to consult, educate and “connect the dots” between Devana’s Solutions and the needs of prospective clients. Working directly with the Devana leadership team to tailor customized solutions for clients’ needs in the clinical trials industry through Devana’s SaaS platforms, Emily hopes to positively impact and transform the lives of those who need it most.

As Director, Customer Solutions, Kirsten is responsible for the strategic focus and operational oversight for the Customer Success department, which includes delivering an exceptional customer experience and maximizing customer value and retention. Kirsten defines and oversees the partner-client lifecycle process and touchpoints, including the following emphasis with the customer's leadership team: process reviews, executive business reviews, action plans, roadmaps to drive value against their evolving business objectives. Kirsten collaborates cross-functionally to advocate for the client-partner and lead the team to ensure that the Voice of the Customer is ingrained in Devana Solutions’ SaaS Suite and support strategies. Kirsten possesses an innate mission to drive value from our platform in support of the customers' key business objectives.
