During his tenure leading a clinical research site, Barry became frustrated with the manual methods and inefficiencies of clinical trial startup management and the capture, analysis and reporting of key trial performance metrics. He looked for a better solution, but couldn’t find one, so along with two key managers they developed Devana Solutions.

Today, Barry is President of Devana Solutions, guiding the growth and expansion of the leading and most innovative software platforms for the clinical trials industry. Barry is a successful entrepreneur who has started and successfully grown a number of businesses over his career and been actively involved in the healthcare space for well over 12 years.

Linda Parks

Executive Vice President, Operations

As Executive Vice President of Operations, Linda employs her experience as an executive leader with strong business and human capital acumen to develop and implement strategic plans that propel growth, improve profitability, and generate employee loyalty and engagement. Linda brings multiple decades of experience in operations, workforce planning, corporate communications, customer support, information technology, and marketing. She partners with executives to address change management initiatives and successfully implement and adopt Devana Solutions’ innovative technology solutions.

Deb Bawcom

Executive Vice President, Program Management

As Executive Vice President, Program Management, Deb oversees Devana’s product strategy and development, managing product lifecycles and mapping out new features and projects. She leads our internal Product and Solutions Services teams, providing guidance and helping us retain top talent. Deb is an accomplished, client-centric software executive with over 25 years of experience in project and risk management. She is passionate about building high-performing teams with a strong productive culture from the ground up.

Michael Bonavilla

Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships

As Executive Director, Strategic Partnerships, Michael plays a vital and highly visible role in Devana Solution’s outreach, education, and sales process. Leveraging his extensive experience in the clinical trials and research industry, he consults, educates, and ‘connects the dots’ between Devana’s technologies and the needs of our prospective customers. Michael is a solutions-oriented leader with over 15 years of experience in sales and business development within the clinical trial industry. His focus is working with clinical research professionals to identify which technology solutions best fit their unique needs.

Roxanne Shenefield

Director, Solutions Services

Roxanne has invested several years honing her skills in software implementations and currently serves as Devana’s in-house guru advising clinical trials industry leaders on the strategic use of our SaaS platforms to build enterprise value. Roxanne’s expertise spans multiple industries and she has a proven track record of analyzing business challenges and opportunities, and recommending solutions that enable organizations to achieve their strategic goals through technology.
